10 Diesel Oil Tanker Trailer Shipped to Kazakhstan

10 INTAI-brand diesel oil tanker trailers have completed production and testing, and are ready to be shipped to Kazakhstan.

Our client is an oil refinery based in Kazakhstan. They placed an order with our factory for a total of 10 fuel tank trailers and 20 asphalt tank trailers. As the fuel tank trailers were urgently needed for immediate deployment, the first batch of the order—consisting of the fuel tank trailers—was prioritized for production. The 30-day production cycle was executed in strict accordance with the terms of our signed contract.

This batch of tanker trailers is primarily responsible for transporting fuel from the refinery to the oil depot. The client previously utilized Russian-manufactured tanker trailers; this marks their first time using tanker trailers from China. Prior to shipment, the client conducted a remote inspection via video call; once they confirmed everything was satisfactory, we proceeded to arrange the shipping logistics.

The entire chassis is constructed from high-strength steel, while the tank body and main beams are joined using fully automated robotic welding to ensure uniform and smooth seams, thereby significantly enhancing the structural integrity of the tank. The trailer is equipped with 13-ton FUWA brand axles and features an air suspension system, with a liftable first axle. The total tank capacity is 32,000 liters, and it is fitted with 385/65R22.5 tires. The specifications are fully customized to comply with the client’s local regulations and policies.
