1. Is INTAI a semi-trailer manufacturer or a trading company?
INTAI is a professional semi-trailer manufacturer and international export brand backed by China Hongtai International Vehicles Co., Ltd. (CHIV) and Hongtai Group. We have our own semi-trailer production facilities, engineering team, production lines, quality control system, and export service capabilities.
Customers can purchase semi-trailers directly from the manufacturing and export team without relying on an unrelated third-party trading company.
2.What is the relationship between INTAI, CHIV, and China Hongtai International Vehicles Co., Ltd.?
China Hongtai International Vehicles Co., Ltd. (CHIV) is the company’s English corporate name used for international business.
CHIV is commonly used as the abbreviation of China Hongtai International Vehicles Co., Ltd.
INTAI Trailer is the international business brand serving global semi-trailer customers under the Hongtai Group manufacturing system.

5. What warranty do INTAI trailers have?
INTAI provides an original factory warranty for its trailers. The exact warranty period and coverage depend on the product, configuration, components, and sales contract.

Customization and After-sales Service
6. Can I customize an INTAI semi-trailer?
Yes. Customization is one of INTAI’s main services. We can customize trailer dimensions, payload, axle configuration, suspension, braking system, tires, kingpin, landing gear, loading platform, tank capacity, tank compartments, valves, accessories, electrical system, painting, and other components according to your cargo requirements and local regulations.
Customers can also choose suitable axle, suspension, braking, tire, and other component brands based on the trailer model and project requirements. Common options may include FUWA, BPW, SAF, and other brands, subject to availability, technical compatibility, and the specific configuration.
7.Does INTAI provide after-sales service and an original factory warranty?
Yes. INTAI provides original factory warranty and comprehensive after-sales support for our semi-trailers. The warranty covers eligible manufacturing and material defects according to the specific trailer model, components, and sales contract. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product configuration and destination market.
After delivery, our sales and technical teams can provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, maintenance recommendations, and warranty assistance. If a warranty-related issue occurs, customers can contact us with the trailer information, problem description, photos, or videos. Our technical team will evaluate the issue and recommend an appropriate solution.
We also provide spare parts support for components such as brake parts, suspension components, lighting systems, valves, electrical parts, tires, and other trailer accessories. Customers can contact INTAI with the trailer model or part information to receive technical and spare parts assistance.
8. What’s your fastest delivery time ?
Our production date is 20 workdays for standard model trailers and 30 workdays for customized trailers.
If you pay 100% deposit after signing the contract, the standard model trailer can be delivered within 7 workdays.
9. Do you have any stock in your country ?
Semi-trailers are customized models. Each tractor has a different saddle height, and the turning radius caused by 6×2, 4×2, and 6×4.
There is no stock at all dealers. If there is stock, it is just an order which has not been picked up by other customers
The fastest production time only takes one week, and it only takes about 20 workdays for ro-ro ships or container ships to reach your country.
10. Can you manufacture a trailer based on my drawings?
Yes. We can review customer drawings, technical specifications, photos, reference trailers, or detailed requirements.
Our engineers can evaluate the design and provide feedback on structure, dimensions, components, manufacturing feasibility, and configuration before production.
