80 Ton Lowbed trailers customized for a Zambian customer are ready for shipment

Recently, four 80 ton lowbed semi-trailers ordered by a Zambian construction company have completed production and quality inspection and have officially entered the delivery stage. As per the customer’s requirements, the four low-bed trailers were transported to Qingdao Port. The customer then used their own freight forwarder to transport the trailers to Dar es Salaam Port, from where they were transshipped to Zambia. These four lowbed trailers are primarily used for transporting excavators and bulldozers.

Before formal delivery, this batch of 80 ton lowbed trailers underwent multiple quality inspections, including:

Full-load pressure test: A simulated rated load test was conducted, primarily to test the load-bearing performance of the main beam, ensuring its compressive and tensile strength.

Air system and braking test: The response sensitivity of the ABS system was rigorously checked to ensure driving safety on long downhill sections.

Rust prevention coating process: In response to the high salt spray environment of cross-sea transportation, the entire vehicle underwent shot blasting and multi-layer electrostatic spraying to ensure that the vehicle remains as bright as new when it arrives in Africa.

For lowbed trailers, we support full-service customization. The maximum load capacity can be designed to be 200 tons. For different load capacities, the configuration and parameters of the beams, chassis and accessories will be different.
