INTAI have adopted advanced and developed equipment for production, for example large laser plate cutting machine, large laser profile cutting machine, thousand ton dish head pressing machine, CNC plate welding machine, CNC four-roll plate coiling machine, CNC baffle assembling machine, etc. We have adopted advanced robot automatic welding line, assembling line and automatic painting production line for all trailers with sand blasting.
INTAI Trailer has built a leading intelligent semi-trailer production base and automated production line in China, introducing an intelligent robotic welding system to significantly improve production efficiency and quality. We employ advanced processes such as dual-gun automatic welding, plasma automatic welding, and argon arc welding to ensure high precision and strength in the welding of the semi-trailer chassis, tank, and internal components. External component welding is completed by intelligent robots, achieving a very high proportion of automated welding, improving weld consistency and tank durability. Products strictly adhere to national standards (GB), ASME, ISO, and other international standards, and have passed multiple industry certifications.
INTAI Trailer has invested millions to establish the Intelligent Powder Coating and Corrosion Protection Workshop: an intelligent powder coating workshop integrating pickling, passivation, shot blasting, spraying, curing, and drying, comprehensively improving the product’s corrosion resistance and surface treatment processes. Through an intelligent control system, the entire powder coating process is automated, improving coating uniformity and adhesion, ensuring product surface quality meets international standards. Pickling and passivation processes effectively remove metal surface oxides, while shot blasting increases surface roughness and enhances coating adhesion. After spraying, the coating undergoes curing and drying processes, making it more robust and durable, and greatly extending the product’s lifespan.

The group is approved with special truck manufacturing with the industrial product production license issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection, with the pressure vessel design (A1A2C2)manufacturing (A2C2) qualification, but also obtained the national vehicle export qualification and foreign trade rights.
