A tipper trailer order from a Tanzanian customer is expected to be delivered this week. The customer has purchased 10 tipper trailers for coal mining and aluminum frame transportation. We are very grateful to the Tanzanian customer for their trust in CHIV Trailer.

1. The 1.35 cubic meter dump trailer’s body is now assembled. After finishing the details of the body, painting and accessory installation will complete, and it will be ready for shipment. The dump trailer’s main beam uses fully automated submerged arc welding to ensure the weld quality and strength of the main beam.

2. Through communication with the customer, the CHIV sales team learned that the customer will be transporting medium-sized ore. To improve the dump trailer’s impact resistance, the body thickness has been increased (10mm at the bottom and 8mm on the sides) to prevent severe dents and deformation from ore impacts.

3. The dump trailer chassis has been reinforced (high-strength steel frame) to address the harsh road conditions and variable climate of African mining areas, improving its torsional and compressive strength.

4. For each semi-trailer, we rigorously design it based on the customer’s road conditions, load capacity, and type of cargo to ensure its lifespan. Designing a durable semi-trailer suitable for your needs is our principle; CHIV is responsible to every customer.
