3 Axles 60 Ton Lowbed Trailer Technical Specifications
Lowbed Trailer Height: 850-1250 mm
The impact of lowbed trailer loading deck height on transportation:The height of a lowbed trailer determines the vehicle’s center of gravity during cargo transportation. The lower the cargo surface, the lower the center of gravity and the more stable the vehicle, making transportation safer and effectively avoiding problems caused by height restrictions.
Low bed Trailer Length: 11500-17500 mm
The length of a lowbed trailer includes the gooseneck and the cargo surface; the design length can be flexibly adjusted according to the length of the transported goods.
Lowbed Trailer Width: 2500-3500 mm
The standard width of a lowbed trailer is 2500 mm, which is sufficient for most road transport needs. For transporting heavy, extra-wide machinery such as large excavators and bulldozers, a width of 3000 mm can be designed. If a wider width is required, widening adapters can be added to both sides of the low-bed trailer, increasing the width by 250mm on each side, thus allowing for a maximum width of 3500 mm.
Features of INTAI Lowbed Trailer
Fatigue-resistant design: The lowbed trailer’s main beam utilizes a fully automated submerged arc welding process, enhancing its compressive and torsional resistance.
Customized width: The width of the lowbed trailer can be customized to meet the requirements of the transport equipment.
Multi-purpose design:
1. The lowbed trailer design is not limited to machinery transport; container locks can be incorporated to accommodate container shipping.
2. Detachable side panels can be designed to accommodate bulk cargo transport.
3. Extendable main beams can be designed for easier transport of extra-long cargo.
