Uzbekistan Customer Inspection of INTAI Asphalt Tanker Trailer

Recently, two customers from Uzbekistan visited INTAI to inspect asphalt tank trailers and held technical discussions, including a detailed discussion of the order parameters for asphalt tanks and oil tank trailers.

The client had previously been purchasing semi-trailers from Russia and Turkey. Due to the long production cycles and high prices in those countries, they considered choosing a Chinese supplier. However, the inconsistent quality of semi-trailer products in the Chinese market made them hesitant to purchase from China. After seeing our asphalt tanker trailers in Kazakhstan, the client contacted us. Following a visit to our company, they expressed great satisfaction and confidence in our product quality. After two days, they finalized an order for 50 asphalt tanker trailers!

During this visit, we focused on discussing the weight of asphalt trailers. Our designers significantly reduced the weight of the semi-trailers by upgrading component materials and using fiberglass for the asphalt trailer end caps. We also made corresponding upgrades and improvements to the main beams of the tank trailers.

After the final order is signed, we will produce one sample vehicle on the production line. The customer will arrange for a representative from China to inspect the vehicle. Once the inspection is passed, we will produce the remaining 49 units. Our primary focus is on product quality; making every single vehicle to the best of our ability is our principle.

After visiting the factory, the client met with the chairman of INTAI. Through this meeting, we gained a deeper understanding with the client that there is a huge demand for asphalt tanker trailers, oil tanker trailers, LPG, and dump truck trailers in Uzbekistan. After this order is completed, we will also visit the client in Uzbekistan and expand our business there.
