Kazakhstani customers visited the CHIV factory and inspected the fuel tanker trailers

Recently, a delegation of customers from Kazakhstan visited the CHIV factory and conducted an on-site inspection of our tanker trailers. The focus of this visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the structure, manufacturing process, and customization options of tank trailers.

The clients toured the CHIV tank trailer intelligent manufacturing workshop, inspecting our automated plate rolling machines, CNC cutting equipment, and intelligent automatic welding robots. They expressed high approval of our production standards. The clients also learned about tank trailers with capacities of 30,000L and 38,000L, as well as customized solutions for different working conditions.

Our technical team also detailed the advantages of CHIV fuel tanker trailers in terms of manufacturing processes, including welding precision, steel usage standards, and stringent quality control. Furthermore, they conducted in-depth discussions based on Kazakhstan’s local weight restrictions, temperature, and road conditions, and provided a final design solution.

Finally, the customers visited the head spinning and cylinder welding areas, and showed great interest in our unique dual-gun automatic welding, plasma automatic welding, argon arc automatic welding, and non-destructive testing (UT/RT) real-time inspection system. When we learned that our circumferential and longitudinal seam welding is automated and can ensure a 100% flaw detection pass rate, we were deeply impressed.
