Based on the characteristics of the transported medium, we have applied a special anti-corrosion treatment to the inner wall of the tank. During production, we use fully automated welding equipment to ensure uniform and strong welds. After welding, our quality inspectors use X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology to rigorously ensure the quality of every weld.

1. The petrol tanker trailer is equipped with a European standard manhole cover, which can integrate multiple independent openings such as manhole, gauging port, and air inlet into the manhole cover plate.

2.The breather valve is installed on the top of the tank trailer and automatically regulates the pressure inside and outside the tank.When the pressure inside the tank is too high or the vacuum level is too large, the breathing valve can automatically release air or increase pressure, thereby effectively preventing deformation accidents caused by temperature changes inside the tank.
