Recently, INTAI successfully completed a procurement cooperation with a client in Kazakhstan for 10 bulk cement tank trailers. This cooperation not only demonstrates our company’s customized services, but also highlights the core needs of Kazakhstan’s infrastructure construction in terms of capacity, technical parameters, and dimensions. It showcases the core advantages of INTAI semi trailers in heavy-duty performance, low-temperature resistance, and leak-proof capabilities.

The client for this collaboration is a Kazakhstani company specializing in building material transportation and construction engineering. It has stable construction projects and a fleet of transport vehicles in Almaty and the capital Astana. It has previously purchased construction machinery and equipment from China on multiple occasions and has stringent requirements for product quality and performance. The client was very cautious because this was their second time purchasing semi-trailers from China. On their first purchase, they were deceived by a small Chinese trading company, disappearing after paying a 30% deposit. Therefore, this time the client specially sent the purchasing manager to China to visit our factory. In order to further enhance the client’s confidence in cooperation, we led the client to the production workshop for on-site inspection, and showed them in detail the production process and quality inspection of cement semi-trailers. This allowed the client to intuitively understand the product’s production process and quality control standards. After inspecting the factory’s scale and strength, the client chose to cooperate with us.

Given Kazakhstan’s diverse climate and road conditions, characterized by deserts, sandstorms, and harsh winters, the dry bulk tank trailer required superior cold-weather resistance and leak-proof sealing. It also needed to meet Kazakhstan’s heavy-duty transport demands, with a tank volume compatible with commonly used local cement transport specifications and complying with relevant safety standards from the Kazakhstani transportation authorities. Based on the client’s needs, we convened a meeting with the engineers, sales, and production departments responsible for cement trailers to discuss detailed parameter configurations and provide production drawings.

Regarding the configuration of the cement tanker trailers, we have fully considered the usage scenarios in Kazakhstan and made targeted optimizations to the bulk cement trailers: the tank body is made of high-strength steel plates, which can effectively resist the impact of gravel and extend its service life; the inside of the tank body is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-caking measures to prevent cement powder from getting damp and clumping, and to ensure the purity of the material during transportation; it is equipped with a high-quality sealing system with a double-layer sealing structure to completely solve the leakage problem during powder transportation and adapt to environments with strong winds and sand; at the same time, the main beam of the cement trailer is made of low-temperature resistant steel to improve the strength of the semi-trailer beam in cold environments.

The successful completion of this cooperation not only achieved mutual benefit and win-win results for both parties, but also fully demonstrated the adaptability and competitiveness of our cement powder semi-trailers in the Central Asian market. As an important market in Central Asia, Kazakhstan has huge potential for infrastructure construction, and the market demand for cement powder semi-trailers will continue to be strong. In the future, we will strengthen technological research and development to provide more diverse cement transportation solutions.
