Tri-Axles Tipper Trailer Shipped to Tanzania

The latest batch of dump trailers has been completed and tested, and is ready to be shipped to the port of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The customer ordered a total of 6 dump trailers: 3 U-shaped and 3 square dump trailers. The customer is primarily engaged in the construction and mining industries, and will use the trailers mainly for transporting ore and sand/gravel.

1.The client’s transportation environment involved extremely poor road conditions. Based on the client’s requirements, a heavy-duty suspension was configured, and the chassis of the dump trailer was reinforced multiple times to improve its stability. The client was very satisfied with our design solution.

2.In addition, we provided corresponding design solutions for the three mining U-shaped dump trailers through communication. In order to meet the requirements of transporting large ore, we thickened the dump trailer body, with a bottom thickness of 10mm and a side thickness of 8mm. This can prevent the body from being punctured by large ore impacts.
